I'm new chef in profesional kitchen, worked there only two years, but this is my pasion from teenager age. This blog I made because I wanna share with my experience in this buissnes and I wanna learn from you my friends, what you got.
It's not important if you are a chef or not, the most important is if you like food, not regular food, but high quality restaurant food. You can write to my email you experience in Latvian restaurants/bistro/caffe and will post it here, and of course I will post my.
In days when I don't need to go to work, I try to go to local restaurants and try their best dishes, take a notes for visual, for presentation, waiters work, about restaurant atmosphere and of course about taste and finaly price, is it too high or maybe to low.
So, I hope I will get from you any email, and soon I will post my experiences here!
